His work is spread across multiple domains like Analog and Mixed Signal Design and Verification, Foundation IP (Memories, IOs and Standard Cells) Design, Development and Characterization, RF Circuit and IP verification, Test Chips and Layout design. ), that was acquired by Maxlinear Inc.in 2023. Vaibhav has good academia connects, where he has worked with multiple Engineering colleges providing Basic VLSI Training to the college students and has guided couple of M. Tech projects. His specialties include Building teams of skilled technical professionals, ramp-up young talent, training and development, IP Design and Development, People and Program management. At SEP, Vaibhav heads the overall Training Program right from student interaction and training, providing Career Guidance and assist Industry Placements.
Neha Prabhu, co-founder of Savvy Educational Partners (SEP), comes with 10+ years of experience from educational background. She has worked in multiple institutions as Teacher, Centre co-ordinator and Centre Head along with performing Admin and HR roles and responsibilities. Before SEP, Neha worked as HR- Executive at Frenustech Private Limited. At SEP, Neha heads the HR and Admin verticals providing all the needed support for smooth functioning of the Training Program.
